Boat Lifts by Boat Type

Tritoon Boat Lifts

A three-tube tritoon needs a lift built for the weight. Econo Lift delivers 8,000 to 20,000 lb of American-made capacity — with rough-water and shallow-water options.

Choosing a Tritoon Lift

The Right Lift for a Tritoon

A tritoon's third center tube means more buoyancy, more horsepower, and more weight than a two-tube pontoon. That's why most tritoons step up to an 8,000 lb to 12,000 lb lift, and the largest builds go higher. Size to your boat's wet weight — fuel, water, batteries, and gear can add thousands of pounds.

Where you boat matters too. On a main-channel dock with steady wave action, the Surge Series is purpose-built for rough water. On a shallow cove, the Draft 10,000 lb lifts in limited depth. Running a lighter two-tube boat? See our pontoon lifts.

Every Econo Lift is built at our Camdenton, Missouri facility — not imported — using USA-sourced hot-dip galvanized steel and our own rotationally molded flotation tanks.

Why Econo Lift

Tritoon Boat Lift Features

Built for the Extra Weight

A tritoon's third tube, bigger motor, and larger crowd add up fast. Our 8,000 to 20,000 lb lifts carry it with capacity to spare, so the lift never works at its limit.

Rough & Main-Channel Ready

The Surge Series adds taller tanks, a 2-foot-wider frame, and a V-shaped rear that disperses wave impact — ideal for main-channel tritoon docks. Deep water installations only.

Full-Beam Tube Support

Three tubes set wide need even support. Our multi-arm cradles and full-length bunks spread the load across all three tubes, protecting the hull through thousands of cycles.

Shallow Water Option

Have a tritoon on a shallow cove? The Draft 10,000 lb uses low-profile tanks to lift in limited depth where standard lifts can't operate.

USA Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel

Every lift is built from American-made, hot-dip galvanized steel with a consistent zinc coating for long-term corrosion resistance in and around the water.

Lifetime Warranty

A lifetime warranty on the polyethylene tanks and bushings backs every tritoon lift we build — the same coverage across the entire Econo Lift line.

Tritoon Lift FAQs

Common Questions

Sizing, pontoon vs. tritoon, rough and shallow water, and warranty — tap any question to see the answer.

  • What size boat lift do I need for a tritoon?

Tritoons carry a third tube and more weight, so they typically need an 8,000 lb to 12,000 lb lift. The Surge 12,000 lb is built for large tritoons, and our Meridian Series runs up to 20,000 lb for the biggest builds. Size to your boat's wet weight, with fuel, water, and gear aboard.

  • What is the difference between a pontoon and a tritoon lift?

It comes down to weight. A two-tube pontoon usually fits a 4,500–6,500 lb lift, while a three-tube tritoon's added buoyancy, power, and capacity push it to 8,000 lb and up. The cradle also has to support that third center tube.

  • Can a tritoon lift go in rough or main-channel water?

Yes. The Econo Lift Surge Series is engineered for wave action with taller tanks, a wider frame, and a V-shaped rear that disperses wave impact. Note the Surge is for deep water installations only — not shallow water.

  • Is there a shallow-water lift for a tritoon?

Yes. The Draft 10,000 lb brings tritoon capacity to limited-depth docks with its low-profile tank design — full lifting power where a standard lift can't reach.

  • How is a large tritoon supported on the lift?

A tritoon rides on three wide-set tubes. Our lifts use a multi-arm cradle and full-length bunks to distribute the load evenly across all three, keeping the hull supported and the boat stable as it raises and lowers.

  • What warranty comes with a tritoon lift?

Every Econo Lift carries a lifetime warranty on the polyethylene tanks and bushings, a 5-year warranty on hot-dip galvanized steel, and a 3-year warranty on motors, valves, and hoses. See full warranty details.
