UHMW Bushing System
All moving parts ride on UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) polyethylene bushings for superior wear resistance and durability. UHMW outperforms all other materials with its corrosion resistance and high abrasion tolerance — extending equipment life while reducing maintenance and operation noise.
Exclusive Safety Valve
Our safety valve is mounted directly into the tank, ensuring your boat always stays high, dry, and secure. When you're away for an extended period, simply close the safety valve for complete peace of mind — a feature exclusive to Econo Lift.
Rotationally Molded Tanks
All tanks are rotationally molded as one solid piece with no seams or welds. The roto-molding process distributes resin evenly throughout — even in corners and sides — creating an airtight tank that remains stable in open and high-traffic water conditions.
Lifetime Warranty on Tanks & Bushings
We back our polyethylene tanks and bushings with a lifetime warranty. We also offer a 5-year warranty on all hot-dipped galvanized steel and a 3-year warranty on all operating components — motors, hose, valve, and more.
100% Virgin Polyethylene
Every tank is made from 100% virgin plastic with no added dyes, pigments, or chemicals. Many competitors use reground or recycled plastic that weakens structural integrity — but not us. Our virgin polyethylene guarantees durability for years to come.
Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel
Every steel component is hot-dip galvanized for maximum corrosion protection. The process creates a consistent zinc coating that prevents rust, while also providing an easy-to-clean surface that extends the life and appearance of your entire lift.
Front Mount Options Available
When attaching to the sides of a boat slip isn't possible, our front mount systems attach to the front of the dock. Available in 4,500 lb and 8,000 lb models — loading is as easy as pulling onto a trailer with the tank positioned at the rear.
GFCI Protection Standard
Every unit ships with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI). Because boats mix electricity and water, our lifts are engineered to protect everyone nearby. The GFCI guards against electrical shocks, electrocution, and burns — standard on every Econo Lift.

Rough Water Kits
For windy or high-traffic areas, our optional rough water kits attach bars that prevent the boat from swaying more than an inch side-to-side. This extends the life of your lift, reduces noise, and ensures your dock and lift function as a single stable unit.
